You can delete your T:ROOT account and associated data as follows.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the T:ROOT app and sign in
- Tap Profile in the bottom tab bar
- Go to Settings › Privacy & Security
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom
- Confirm after reading the notice
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, contact us:
- contact@tattooroot.com
- Include the social account (email) used at sign-up so we can verify your identity.
- Requests are processed within 7 business days.
Data that will be deleted
- Account information (identifier, email, nickname, profile image)
- Booking and procedure history
- Reviews you wrote and saved items
- Points balance
Data retained by law
The following records are stored separately for the required period, then destroyed:
- Contract or subscription withdrawal records: 5 years
- Consumer complaint and dispute records: 3 years
- Access logs: 3 months
Deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered.
